REBECCA LEONARD
Associate Vice President, Strategy Director, Community Impact

Rebecca develops and oversees management of social impact strategy for The TJX Companies, the world’s largest off-price retailer. During her 11 year tenure in the organization, she has also led the public relations and digital functions as well as multi-brand integrated marketing campaigns. While she has a love of communications work, she is passionate about her role today in creating social change. In addition to her work at TJX, she is a member and leader in Boston College’s Center for Corporate Citizenship and the Corporate Responsibility Association. She has a history of social responsibility throughout her life, and is currently engaged with local, national and global non-profits through board membership, communications advisory and volunteerism.
Prior to joining TJX, Rebecca worked in brand development at The Boston Beer Company, responsible for marketing the Samuel Adams and Twisted Tea brands. Earlier in her career, she held positions in marketing agencies ranging from event manager to managing director. She has also been an adjunct professor at The Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University.
Rebecca studied Economics at Loyola University, and lives in Massachusetts with her much-loved husband and daughter.
