Lydia Grossman
Research Lead

Lydia Grossman oversees research for the organization in a role that encompasses researching and tracking consumer behavior, industry growth trends, brand reputation and perception, customer and donor engagement, and other forward-looking issues and trends that impact the nonprofit and corporate sectors.

In addition to her research duties, Grossman contributes to the What We're Tracking newsletter, helping curate weekly news and trends for the Social Capital community.

Prior to Social Capital, Grossman led academic and policy-related research projects, with a focus on foreign affairs. She earned a bachelor's in near eastern studies from Cornell University.
