Traut-Coyle has more than 25 years of leadership experience as a business strategist, marketer, nonprofit leader, copywriter and coach in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Traut-Coyle is experienced in strategy development for both Fortune 500 companies and global, national and local nonprofit organizations. Her strategic skills, which have led to increased revenue and impact and more meaningful connections with customers, have had lasting results. Traut-Coyle’s ability to drive revenue growth has been demonstrated throughout her career. She helped position the Gardetto’s brand for sale to General Mills and led brands in the Kraft Foods portfolio to double-digit increases year over year. Traut-Coyle grew the cause marketing program at Feeding America from $1 million to $16 million over five years.
As a team member at Social Capital for nearly a decade, Traut-Coyle has served as senior strategist to leading nonprofits and foundations, including Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Feeding America, Girl Scouts of the USA, National 4-H Council, Opportunity@Work, Ronald McDonald House Charities, United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation and Welcome.US. Her creative leadership can be seen today in long-term campaigns, such as Ronald McDonald House Charities’ “Keeping Families Close” and Opportunity@Work’s “Tear the Paper Ceiling.”
Traut-Coyle earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
