Andy Eninger is a learning designer and ideation junkie who has created experiential employee development programs for over two decades. He has helped hundreds of corporations to build strengths ranging from sales enablement to fast feedback to inclusion to presentation and storytelling. On the consumer side, he creates interactive ideation labs to help brands co-create with consumers to test, position, innovate and communicate. Andy is a founder of Fairplay Communications where he helps leaders to impact the employee experience so that people can be more innovative and adaptable.

Andrew was the Head of the Writing Program for the famed Second City Training Center from 2011 to 2016 and holds an MA in Playwriting from Miami University. He continues to perform, write and improvise in his home town of LA.
