Alice Lin Fabiano is a Global Director at Johnson & Johnson, Global Community Impact. In this capacity, she leads Johnson & Johnson’s social innovation and investment strategy to foster a healthy, vibrant innovation ecosystem. Her team partners with technologists, entrepreneurs, social venture investors, thought leaders, and communities in the discovery and nurturing of ideas addressing issues that are disproportionately impacting people in low-resource settings. Previously, she led the corporation’s mHealth commitment to the U.N. Millennium Development Goals to deliver vital messages to pregnant and new moms using mobile technology. She also had responsibility for the global HIV philanthropic portfolio and continues to champion the prevention of mother to child transmission.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Lin Fabiano worked at The Bridgespan Group, a strategic consultancy firm, where she helped advise executive leaders to accelerate social change in women’s empowerment and education. Ms. Lin Fabiano was the Harvard Business School Fellow at The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), a UK philanthropic institution aimed to improve children’s lives around the globe. She began her career in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division and was part of the founding team that launched the firm’s Social Finance and Microfinance Institutions Group.

Ms. Lin Fabiano holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University. Alice is the youngest daughter of immigrant parents, a mother of two little humans, and a self-identified introvert. She is a proud former board member of Prakti Design (a social enterprise that designs cook stoves for the world's poor) and Funders Concerned About AIDS. Alice is a founding member of The Mobile Alliance for Maternal Action (MAMA) and the U.N. Women Global Innovation Change Coalition.
